Mission Statement:
"As a coach, it is an honor and privilege to be able to guide student athletes and promote life lessons to our young adults through athletics. My goal is to create a lifelong love and passion for football. I will create a competitive and safe environment in which players can flourish. I will encourage and celebrate effort, discipline, sportsmanship, communication, community and having fun. I will always respect the spirit and honor of a student athlete over an outcome of a game. I will lead by example, knowledge, and preparation so that every player can become the very best version of themselves. I will encourage our community by demonstrating enthusiasm, confidence, and a passion for life." John Fiala
Coaching Experience
John has been committed to help the youth of his community by teaching life lessons through athletics. John has been involved in coaching with Junior Red Wolves Football youth program for years and in 2019 had his first season as the head football coach at Cedarcrest High School.
Lacrosse was something new for John. His boys started to play the game, and John was intrigued by how much fun it was and how it combined skills from many different sports. He coached Junior Lacrosse for a total of five years in Redmond and Snoqualmie Valley. John was an integral part in helping to establish Cedarcrest Lacrosse, which is a club sport for the Riverview School District. Lacrosse has now become a staple in the Carnation and Duvall community.
Odds are, when you see John, he will be selling homes, out on the field coaching, or watching a game.
For the love of the game and the hope of our children's future.
